CONDITIONS FOR GROUP RESERVATIONS
- To apply this promotion groups must book the same program, schedule and date.
- No refunds apply for cancellations made within 4 days prior to your scheduled program.

All our programs operate with shine or rain; therefore no refunds apply
for bad weather, unless Sea Life Park decides to cancel any
program.
- All changes are subject to availability.

All refunds, due to reduction of number of participants, for the total
cancellation of the reservation, or for any other reason, are subject
to an administration fee of 10% on the total paid for the services.

If you are arriving on a cruise line and have missed your program due to a diversion or delay, you will be entitled to a full refund once we receive confirmation from a cruise ship official.
- For safety reasons and with no exception, the participation of pregnant women is not allowed in any of our water programs.

If any of your customers have special needs, please
contact us before booking. Reservations are only on request and subject
to authorization of the location manager.
