The Bus

Honolulu’s city bus offers several daily routes to and from Sea Life Park Hawaii. Check with www.thebus.org for current schedules.

Transportation From Waikiki

Comfortable round-trip shuttles now available. Simply add transportation at check-out and choose your pick-up location.

Driving Directions

Sea Life Park is about a 30-minute to 1 hour drive from Waikiki. Our parking lot rate is $18+tax per vehicle, per day. 

Driving from Waikiki to Sea Life Park

  1. Take the H-1 east (Lunalilo Freeway) east
  2. H-1 becomes Highway 72, continue east through residential area
  3. The residential area will end, so, continue driving along the coast past Hanauma Bay, the Blow Hole and Sandy Beach, to Makapu’u Point
  4. Sea Life Park is located on the left side of the road. You will see the large signage indicating the entrance from the highway

Early Dolphin Encounter Transportation (Mon/Wed/Fri. only for 9:45am Dolphin Encounters)

Guests booked for early morning Dolphin Lagoon encounters at 9:45 a.m. will be transported via Sprinter Bus for faster arrival.

  • Available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only

  • Early encounter transportation includes (3) Main pick-up locations in Waikiki:

    • 8:00am at Hilton Hawaiian Village

    • 8:15am at Sheraton Waikīkī

    • 8:30am at Waikīkī Beach Marriott

This option ensures guests arrive in time for the first dolphin encounter of the day.
