When should I make my reservations?
We recommend that you make reservations in advance as seats may be sold out, especially during peak seasons.

Do you have parking?
Yes, the parking is $15 per vehicle.

Do the Luau Packages include park Admission?
A complimentary general admission pass is included with the Gold and Silver package and can be redeemed as follows. No reservation is required. Just show up and provide your luau confirmation number to the ticket window staff.
VIP package: within 10 days from the day of Luau and after.
Gold package: within 10 days from the day of Luau and after.
Silver package: within 5 days from the day of Luau and after.
Bronze package within 1 days from the day of Luau and after.

How can I enter the park for Admission?
Simply present your email confirmation and the GoCity pass, and you'll be granted access to the park.

What can I experience at the park?
Experience our animal exhibits, lectures, presentations, and shows throughout the day. Plus, discover the shopping and dining options available at our park.

What should I do when the park closes at 4 pm and the Luau check-in is from 4:30 pm?
You can wait at the Beachboy Lanai(restaurant) area, and our staff will escort you when the ticket office is ready for check-in. Beachboy Lanai sells drinks while you are waiting.

Is the buffet included with the show?
Certainly, the buffet is included in all packages, and our escort will inform you when it's your turn to proceed to the buffet line.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. If cancellations are made less than 48 hours prior, or your party is a "no show", you will be charged for the full amount.

Do you accommodate disabilities or special needs?
Yes. Please provide us with at least 48-hour notice for any special needs. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come first served basis.

Is the park cashless?
We are a cashless facility. We accept card payments and/or ePay, such as, Apple, Google/Android Pay.

Did you know that while you are enjoying helpings from the bountiful buffet at Aloha Kai Lū‘au, you are also helping the planet by utilizing our eco-friendly dinnerware? In our ongoing commitment to sustainability, Sea Life Park Hawai'i has not carried plastic lids or straws for over 20 years.

The park has transitioned to completely plant-based and compostable cups, plates and cutlery to reduce waste from single-use plastics and microplastics, which are among the most hazardous forms of debris for marine life.
