When should I make my lūʻau reservations?

We strongly recommend booking your Aloha Kai Lūʻau tickets in advance, especially during peak travel seasons, holidays, and school breaks, as lūʻau seating is limited and may sell out.

Is parking available at Sea Life Park Hawaiʻi?

Yes. On-site parking is available for $18 + tax per vehicle.

Sea Life Park is a cashless facility, so parking payment must be made using a credit or debit card.

Does my lūʻau ticket include complimentary daytime park admission?

Yes. Select Aloha Kai Lūʻau packages include complimentary general admission to Sea Life Park Hawaiʻi, allowing guests to visit the park before or after their lūʻau date—perfect for itinerary planning.

No advance reservation is required. Simply present your lūʻau confirmation number at the ticket window.

Gold Package: Complimentary park admission valid within 10 days of your lūʻau date (before or after)

Silver Package: Complimentary park admission valid within 5 days of your lūʻau date (before or after)

Bronze Package: Complimentary park admission valid within 1 day of your lūʻau date (before or after)

What can I experience during the daytime at Sea Life Park?

Sea Life Park Hawaiʻi is open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Wednesdays through Mondays (closed Tuesdays). Guests can enjoy:

Marine life exhibits and oceanfront views.

Educational habitat talks throughout the day.

A relaxed, family-friendly experience on Oʻahu’s scenic windward coast.

What happens between park closing and lūʻau check-in?

The park closes at 4:00 p.m., and lūʻau check-in begins at 4:30 p.m.

Guests may relax in the Beachboy Lānai restaurant area, where beverages are available for purchase. Our team will escort lūʻau guests to the ticket office when check-in begins.

Is the buffet dinner included with the lūʻau?

Yes. A Hawaiian-style buffet dinner is included with all Aloha Kai Lūʻau packages.

Our team will guide guests to the buffet line when it is their scheduled time to dine.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled lūʻau date to avoid charges.

Cancellations made within 48 hours—or no-shows—will be charged the full amount.

Do you accommodate guests with disabilities or special needs?

Yes. Sea Life Park Hawaiʻi strives to be accessible and welcoming to all guests.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any special accommodations.

Wheelchairs are available on a first-come first-served basis

Is Sea Life Park Hawaiʻi a cashless facility?

Yes. Sea Life Park Hawaiʻi is 100% cashless.

We accept credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other ePay options.

Dining Sustainably at Aloha Kai Lūʻau

While enjoying the bountiful buffet at Aloha Kai Lūʻau, guests are also supporting ocean conservation.

Sea Life Park Hawaiʻi has eliminated plastic lids and straws for more than 20 years and now uses plant-based, compostable cups, plates, and cutlery throughout the lūʻau experience. These efforts help reduce single-use plastics and microplastics, which are among the most harmful forms of debris impacting marine life.
