Our Commitment to You
We want your visit to be safe, welcoming, and memorable. These guidelines help protect our guests, our team, and the animals in our care so everyone can enjoy a positive experience.

Safety First

  • Please follow all posted signs and staff instructions.
  • Walk carefully—some pathways may be wet, uneven, or slippery.
  • Children and guests needing assistance must be supervised at all times.
  • Running or unsafe behavior is not permitted.

Guest Courtesy & Conduct

  • Treat fellow guests and staff with kindness and respect.
  • Follow directions from park team members at all times.
  • Disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior may result in removal from the park without refund.

Animal Care & Respect
Our animals are living under professional care — respectful observation helps keep them safe and comfortable.

  • Do not touch, feed, or disturb animals unless invited during a supervised program.
  • Please respect barriers and habitat boundaries.
  • Enjoy observing natural behaviors from designated viewing areas.

Animal Experiences & Programs
Some interactive programs require:

  • Viewing a safety briefing or demonstration
  • Signing a participation waiver
  • Following all instructions from the animal care team
  • No phones or cameras during the experience for safety reasons

Participation is subject to availability, weather, and animal well-being.

Items Not Permitted

  • Weapons, fireworks, drones, hoverboards, skateboards, or similar devices
  • Selfie sticks, tripods, or equipment that may obstruct pathways
  • Outside alcohol or illegal substances
  • Pets are not permitted, with the exception of legally recognized service animals.

Food & Beverage
Food and beverages are available for purchase inside the park.
Guests with medical, dietary, or infant needs may bring necessary food items. Please inform Guest Services upon arrival. We cannot guarantee allergen-free food preparation.

Photography & Video

  • Personal photos and videos for non-commercial use are welcome in most areas.
  • Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval.
  • Photography is not permitted in restrooms or other private areas.
  • Drones are strictly prohibited anywhere on park property.
  • Many of our animal residents are federally protected,threatened or endangered species, and drone use may cause stress or disturbance. For the safety of our animals, guests, and staff, drones may not be launched, landed, or operated over Sea Life Park Hawaiʻi premises.

Weather & Outdoor Conditions
Sea Life Park Hawaiʻi is an outdoor park, and weather conditions may change.

  • Please follow staff guidance during rain, high winds, or other weather events.
  • Stay hydrated and protect yourself from sun exposure.

Personal Belongings
Sea Life Park Hawaiʻi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
