We welcome you to bring your own strollers, wheelchairs and wagons into the park.

Alcoholic beverages, food, firearms and pets are not permitted on park grounds. Overtly offensive clothing such as, but not limited to, clothing with hateful messages, pornography, vulgarity, illegal acts, and /or divisive political messages.

Also Note: Tobacco is not sold in the park.

Make everyone in your group aware of the location of your vehicle in our large parking lot. If you all discuss it, chances are one of you will remember! Parking lot security will be available if assistance is needed.

ATM Banking Machines are located at the Main Entrance. Major Credit Cards are now accepted at all food outlets, for admission, in our Gift Shops and at Reservations. A photo ID IS REQUIRED of the cardholder when using credit cards at all locations. Traveler's Checks can also be cashed in throughout the park.

Sea Life Park is a limited smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted inside any building, restaurant or restroom. In addition, smoking is not permitted on park midways, eating areas, and/or ride queue lines. For the convenience of Guests who smoke, smoking is permitted in the following areas only:

  • Makapu’u Meadows
  • Main Gate landing area
  • Behind Dolphin Cove bleachers
  • Parking Lot

Signs and cigarette receptacles identify these areas. Thank you for your cooperation.

Sea Life Park Hawaii is a family park, and as such does not permit any overtly offensive behavior, language, or clothing. This includes, but is not limited to, profanity, clothing with hateful messages, pornography, vulgarity, illegal acts, and/or divisive political messages.

All Guests', Team Members' and Management's bags and purses are subject to search.

Discuss ahead of time what to do if someone gets separated from your group. The Sea Life Park General Store is the primary area to report missing family members. Take note as to what your children are wearing in case you need to describe them to a Sea Life Park Public Safety Officer. Lost children should be told to ask for assistance from a Sea Life Park Uniformed Employee. When our Team Members find a lost child, that child is taken to the Service Center.

We strongly recommend that Minors (under 18) be accompanied by an adult. Park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors.

Lockers are available to rent for $3.

Wheelchairs can be rented for $5 per day. Guests are allowed to enter the park with their own wheelchair or electric scooter.

Single strollers can be rented for $5 per day.

We strongly recommend that Minors (under 18) be accompanied by an adult. Park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors.

  • Lockers are available for rent for $3.
  • A photo ID is required of the cardholder when using credit/debit cards at all locations.
  • Rinse Station and changing areas are also available for your convenience.
  • For the safety of our animals, unsecured items may not be allowed in the pool (i.e. cameras, hats, jewelry, 3D nail art, etc.)
  • Optional photos and DVDs are available for purchase, weather permitting.
  • Due to popular demand, reservations are required for all of our interactive programs.
  • Free transportation from selected hotels in Waikiki for Dolphin, Shark Trek and Sea Lion interaction. Fee is charged for transportation of guests enjoying General Admission only. Guests requiring transportation must be confirmed 48 hours in advance directly with Sea Life Park Reservations.
